Are you properly insured at home?
Many homeowners neglect to insure their property and contents properly. Computer Quote Insurance and partner business Stride Limited suggest ways in which you may have under insured your home and possessions, including allowing for the effects of DIY, extensions and home improvements. Contents that may not have been properly valued could include designer clothing, jewellery collections, CD and DVD collections and sporting goods such as golf clubs. Specialist home insurance broker Stride also suggests that some more wealthy home owners may wish to take account of antique furniture and paintings as well as consider home insurance policies that cover guest's possessions, children's property while living away from home at university, damage by pets or the effects of identity fraud.
